Colombia

On invitation of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, wUrck participated in a mission of the Dutch Creative Industry to Colombia. A long expected oncoming peace treaty, combined with the status of favored emergent market (being part of the CIVETS), creates a vibrant and catching optimism in the nation as a whole. In this first mission we exchanged knowledge and experiences with several governmental and private planning institutes of Medellin and Bogotá. For future collaborations we’ll focus on the relation between mobility and urban planning, the implementation of bicycle infrastructure and the design of the public realm related to these topics.
